		<description>I used to set timers for myself to take breaks -- but, I ignored them if I was in the zone!  The one thing I do, however, is take time for exercise every day.  Minimum half hour during the week, and for two hours (or more) each day on the weekend.  No excuses. No exceptions.

I hope that makes up for the lack of breaks.

		<description>How about setting timers to remind yourself to get up?  Different timers could mean different things. Eg. the microwave timer-get a drink, the cellphone timer - chase Caprica...etc.</description>
